Our Application Process
1) We will require the following documents:
a. A government-issued photo ID for each adult that will reside in the home
b. Proof of income, such as:
- your last 3 paycheck stubs
- a formal letter from your employer clearly stating how many hours you work per week, employment start date, and your hourly wage or
- a W-2 or 1099 showing your full-year pay or
- a letter from your social security, pension, caseworker, or other sources of income
c. A $25 application fee per adult
2) Each adult must fully complete an Application Form
You can conveniently and securely complete this form online and upload all your information by clicking here:
When you click Apply Now, you will be asked to fill out your information to create a "New account"
you should receive an email at the email address you filled in
- click Finalize in that email, and then create and confirm a password
- you will then be able to sign in to your "Existing account" with your new login and password
Fill out the application and click submit. We aim to get back to you within a couple of days!
If you would prefer to apply by email or in person, you may download and print the form here and either email everything to the Park Manager or schedule a time with him to deliver it in person.
New Applicant Screening Requirements
• Minimum household income per month equal to 3 times the rent in a month
• Satisfactory rental history
• We look at recent criminal history that may pose a threat to our existing tenants and Park property
• Bad credit is OK, but having an eviction on record in the past 5 years or unpaid collections/judgments for essential areas (utilities, auto, or home/rental) is not
